SupportEngine is available with two versions.
One-Click Cloud:
Hosted on our own infrastructure. Easy setup with an assistant. You just copy the provided URL to your website.
Self-Hosted:
Completely self-hosted, meaning you install it on your own server. This gives you full control over your data, customization, and privacy. No monthly fees or dependencies on external services. You get access to the full source code.
If you are hosting SupportEngine on your own server, it requires PHP 8.1+, MySQL 8.0+, and a standard web hosting environment. It works with most shared hosting providers and is built with modern Bootstrap 5 framework for optimal performance.
NOTE : MySQL 7.4 is still supported but not for a long time.
