The Hosting module turns SupportEngine into a machine-rental storefront. Publish your configurations, manage your bare-metal inventory, and let every active subscription assign a computer to its customer, automatically. A module made and sold by mCloud Compute. There is a demo website.

The self-hosted version is now requiring PHP 8.3 or later versions as a minimum version for the best security and reliability.

This version is a major update, with significant improvements to the user experience and a much broader feature set. It introduces more options and greater flexibility to support a wider range of business needs and use cases around the world. The marketing website is now also available in 4 languages.

You can now rent a cloud instance through a subscription plan with several billing options available. The cloud service includes web hosting, database hosting, and technical support. You can also request access to a fully functional demo site with an administrator account, allowing you to explore and test all available features.

The service is powered by Mac servers and our partner mCloud Compute.
